Smart Bookmark is a mobile application that allows users to save, organize, and search through their bookmarks using semantic search technology. The app operates entirely on your device with no cloud storage or user accounts. The service includes:

• Local bookmark management and organization
• Semantic search capabilities
• Collection-based organization
• Export and import functionality for backups
• App intent integration for easy bookmarking

3. No User Accounts Required

Smart Bookmark does not require user accounts or registration. The app operates entirely on your device with no cloud storage or external authentication. You are responsible for:

• Securing your device to protect your bookmarks
• Creating backups using the export feature if desired
• Managing your bookmarks and collections
• Understanding that data loss may occur if you lose your device or delete the app

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app responsibly and not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app in a way that violates your device's terms of service
• Store or organize content that violates applicable laws
• Use the app to facilitate any harmful or malicious activities

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Smart Bookmark and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Privacy Policy

7. App Availability and Updates

The app operates entirely on your device and does not require internet connectivity for core functionality. We may release updates to improve the app, but you are not obligated to install them. App updates may be available through your device's app store.

8. Limitation of Liability and Data Loss

In no event shall Smart Bookmark, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of bookmarks, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.

Important: Since all data is stored locally on your device, you acknowledge that:

• Losing your device may result in permanent loss of your bookmarks
• Deleting the app will permanently delete all your bookmarks
• Device malfunctions or software issues may cause data loss
• You are responsible for creating backups using the export feature

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. Since there are no user accounts, there is no account termination process. Deleting the app will permanently remove all your bookmarks and data unless you have created backups using the export feature.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
